Vaccinations – Updated 28/06/2020.

Firstly, please can we ask that all queries and bookings for vaccinations are make via Facebook messaging or email. Our phone lines are extremely busy and need to be kept clear for emergencies and sick animals. Please only contact us be phone regarding vaccinations if you have no access to the internet and there is noone who can arrange the appointment via the internet for you.

The animals we are vaccinating now are:
1. Puppies
2. Kittens
3. Rabbits
4. Horses who are due booster vaccinations in the next 10 days.
5. Dogs and cats who were due their boosters on or before 12th July.

Unfortunately we have limited appointments available each week. We will be offering further appointments for the next week from the end of the current week.

Please be aware that you will not be able to come into the clinic when you bring your animal for vaccination. Please knock on the door and a member of staff will come to collect your pet.

Please also be aware that time slots will be tight and it is important that we maintain social distancing and client safety. The threat of Coronavirus has not gone away. For this reason, we may not be able to perform any other services at the time of vaccination (for example, nail clips/anal gland emptying, etc.) and we certainly will not be able to carry these out without prior warning at the time of booking.

If you have any queries, please do feel free to ask when you message/email to make your booking and we will be happy to help you.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding in waiting for these vaccination clinics and for the different way we are having to work during Covid-19. Please be reassured that we have your pets best interests in mind, but we must be mindful of the need to limit contact and travel between people.
